Payment

Checkout is secure through Stripe & PayPal. You can pay with your debit/credit card using either Stripe or PayPal - follow the prompts at checkout. If you have a PayPal account you can also log in and use your PayPal balance. 

Editing your order

Orders are processed quickly so it may not be possible for us to edit your order prior to despatch. However, we do our best to help you, so if you need to change something in your order please contact us as soon as you can

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want to you to love your items, however, refunds cannot be given for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Your order is eligible for a refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase if:

• An item is damaged or faulty.
• The item does not match the description/purpose for which it was sold.
• There is another reasonable problem that is within your rights according to Australian Consumer Law. 
• Please note that returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee

Special Note on Preordered Items

Preorders Volumes cannot be refunded more than 30 days before the due publication/despatch date.
If you have preordered a Volume of Yarnologie and would like to cancel your preorder please be aware that it may be declined or a 20% restocking fee may be applied to your refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please check your address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address (you can find this on your Order Confirmation email) please contact us ASAP so that we have a chance to update it for you.
